NATIONWIDE - WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

Please allow 4-5 business days for order delivery.

Our standard delivery fee is R130 for orders under R1000, and free for orders over R1000. 

You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order.

You will then receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Local (SA) orders are shipped with reliable local couriers (CourierIT, Dawn Wing, Courier Guy etc).

Returns for online orders can be done via courier or in-store. 

INTERNATIONAL - OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA

Delivery takes 1-2 business days to countries within Africa (excluding South Africa) and 3 to 4 business days for countries outside of Africa.

International delivery costs range between R440 and R999.

Custom duties and tax charges will be at your own expense. These amounts will differ depending on your country and its set tariffs.

You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Returns or exchanges are NOT eligible for international orders. 

TAKE NOTE

Shipping delays may occur during sale days, weekends and public holidays.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. We must have a valid street address in order to deliver to you. 

Westside Markets is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, and our parcels are not shipped as insured.

Return Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy

Westside Markets Team would like to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and experience. To assist in the event a customer would like to refund or exchange an item the below terms and conditions will be applicable.

LOCAL REFUNDS 

YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND GIVEN THE ITEM RETURNED IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:​

  1. Undamaged

  2. Unwashed

  3. Original price tags attached 

  4. Purchased online at www.westsidemarkets.com

Please note the cost of shipping to exchange an item will be for the customer's account. You are also welcome to exchange items bought online at your closest Westside Markets store for free.

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY 

We at Westside Markets do our best to ensure that we send items that are of high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture. The following will not be considered as defective:​

  1. Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product 

On return of the item, we will assess the validity of the defect, if found to be defective we will replace it with the same item. If stock is not available we will replace it with another item of the same value when purchased or issue you with a Westside Markets gift card for the amount paid. 

 3.Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

We offer a six months limited warranty on all our products, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The Process

For in-store returns

Simply head to your nearest Westside Markets store to return or exchange your order for free. 

For online returns

Click the profile icon in the Westside Markets Menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. 

Log in to your account:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. You'll receive an email with a 6 digit code to login to your customer account. 

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click Request return. We'll receive your return request and action it accordingly. 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned we'll be in touch to chat about your refund or exchange. Please note that we do charge a R260 return/exchange fee for all online returns or exchanges.
